  • KICK-OFF - You fill out a questionnaire, telling me a bit about what you’re trying to accomplish,  the challenges you face, and the areas you’d like special attention on. Then, once you process payment, we’re off!

  • RESEARCH - l take one full day to plumb the depth and entirety of your brand universe, looking at your website, reviewing your social media channels, assessing your wider brand presence and communications, and spending time with the ins and outs of your product or service, itself.

  • DISCOVERY - I take copious notes, documenting my impressions as I go. With eagle eyes and a critical mind, I come back to you with a ton of insights, feedback, and high-value recommendations.  

  • PRESENTATION - We schedule a call where I walk you through my journey and present all my findings to you. Then we discuss, answer any open questions, and determine your practical next steps forward.

  • DOCUMENTATION - I package both the documentation of my overall audit, and a summary of our conversation takeaways into a document, and send it your way shortly thereafter, to use as a reference point.
